Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties including writing estimates, processing reviews, and finalizing paperwork. You will provide status updates to customers while ensuring safety rules and company standards are met.

The role emphasizes a strong sales orientation, experience in collision estimating, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and finalize documents prior to delivery.
• Complete final customer paperwork (DRP, final invoice) and total loss administration.
• Provide post repair plan communications and vehicle status updates to customers.
