Job summary

Caliber Collision is actively seeking a Collision Estimator to prepare estimates, review repair plans, and manage customer communications from intake to delivery. The role requires knowledge of the repair process, accuracy in estimating, and a focus on customer service.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid license, and a MVPD Appraisers license. We offer training opportunities and room for growth within a nationwide network of Caliber centers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for vehicles after inspection.
• Conduct process reviews and ensure accuracy of estimates.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage documentation.
• Finalize total loss administration and prepare post-repair communications.
