Responsibilities

• Promptly greet customers and perform vehicle inspections.
• Meet deadlines for the shop and the insurance company needs.
• Minimize needs for supplements and minimize cycle time.
• Maintain consistent communication between insurance companies and customers.
• Input all necessary information into company system for every vehicle.
• Stay up to date with management instructions and insurance company expectations.
• Stay up to date with statuses of all vehicle and related parts.
