Job summary

Caliber Collision in Kokomo, IN is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair processes, and provide status updates to customers from check-in to delivery. You will finalize paperwork and assist with total loss administration while upholding safety rules and company standards.

Required are 2+ years estimating experience, a valid license, and a MVPD license, with CCC1 or similar software experience and a sales orientation preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older; valid driver’s license
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and manage paperwork
• Finalize total loss administration and post-repair status updates
