Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery, all while complying with Caliber safety rules and standards.

For this role, 2+ years of estimating and a valid driver’s license are required; sales experience is a plus. Proficiency with CCC1 estimating software and an MVPD license will support success in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write vehicle damage estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
