Job summary

Caliber Collision in Highland, IN is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties including writing estimates, process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final paperwork prior to delivery, finalizing total loss administration and providing post repair plan communication with customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of collision estimating experience (sales experience preferred), a valid driver’s license, a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, and CCC1

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and related documentation.
• Provide post-repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
