Job summary

Caliber Collision in South Bend, IN is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork prior to delivery. The role includes finalizing total loss administration and communicating post repair status to customers while upholding Caliber safety rules and standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver's license, and a MVPD Appraisers License, with strong sales orientation and knowledge

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final invoices.
• Complete DRP and final paperwork before vehicle delivery.
• Provide post-repair plan updates to customers.
