Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an estimator to guide customers through the repair process, prepare initial and final estimates, and oversee repairs to ensure quality. You will work with Body Technicians, review data procedures, and keep customers informed throughout the process.

The role emphasizes accurate estimates, strong customer service, and adherence to insurer and internal standards. On-site position with full-time benefits and a focus on fast-paced collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience handling vehicle repair estimates and insurance processes.
• Ability to manage multiple repairs and communicate status to customers.
• Familiarity with commonly used estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates, finalize after full evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair from start to finish, ensuring quality standards.
• Keep customers informed with status updates and best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle paperwork, and meet carrier requirements.
