Job summary

Caliber Collision in Wayne, PA is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, check-in customer vehicles, complete final paperwork prior to delivery, and finalize total loss administration while communicating post-repair status to customers.

This role requires 2+ years collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. Strong sales orientation and knowledge of CCC1 estimating software are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and ensure accuracy of estimates.
• Check in customer vehicles and document condition.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and company standards
