Job summary

Caliber Collision in Hilton Head Island is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform writing estimates, process reviews, and vehicle intake tasks with final paperwork before delivery. The role supports DRP and total loss admin while communicating status updates to customers.

Qualifications include 2+ years in collision estimating, valid driver's license, and a MV damage appraisers license; CCC1 or similar software experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write collision estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan communication.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and company standards.
