Job summary

Caliber Collision in Ladson, SC is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork including DRP and final invoices. You will provide post-repair plan communication and keep customers updated on vehicle status while adhering to safety and company standards.

The role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience; CCC1 or similar estimating software experience; and a valid Driver's License with MVPD license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage paperwork.
• Finalize DRP and final invoices.
• Provide post-repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and Caliber standards.
