Job summary

Caliber Collision Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork for delivery.

You will manage total loss administration, provide post-repair status updates to customers, and ensure adherence to Caliber safety rules and company standards. Requires CCC1 or similar estimating software and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan communication to customers.
