Job summary

Caliber Collision is currently hiring a Collision Estimator to write vehicle estimates, conduct process reviews, and manage customer communications from intake to final delivery. The role includes completing DRP paperwork, handling total loss administration, and providing timely status updates to customers in line with company standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and a license as a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for vehicles and perform process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
