Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, enabling strong customer service and efficient repair workflows within

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage paperwork.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
