The role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and CCC1 or similar estimating software proficiency, with strong sales orientation to support customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan updates to customers.
• Adhere to safety rules and Caliber standards.
