Job summary

Group 1 Toyota Fort Bend is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to support our busy collision center. You will greet customers, coordinate with insurance companies, and prepare detailed repair estimates.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of estimator experience, DRP experience, and strong communication; you will work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Estimator experience.
• CSI reporting documents required.
• DRP (Direct Repair Program) experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, schedule appointments, collect vehicle data.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and insurers.
• Explain work orders clearly based on requests.
• Inspect vehicles for structural, exterior, interior and mechanical damage.
• Calculate labor/parts estimates and salvage value.
• Assess repair vs replacement cost effectiveness.
• Determine repainting or customization costs.
• Complete insurance claim forms with cost estimates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Uphold company values in all interactions.
