Job summary

Kniesel’s Collision – Rocklin is seeking a Collision Estimator to join our high-performing shop. You will write accurate repair estimates, serve as primary contact for customers and insurance partners, and guide each repair from intake through completion.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while upholding Kniesel’s craftsmanship and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a collision estimator or related role.
• Experience with CCC1 and Mitchell estimating software.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service by explaining repair plans and maintaining open communication.
• Prepare accurate, detailed repair estimates for body, frame, mechanical, and paint.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure repairs are approved per standards.
• Collaborate with body technicians to manage repair timelines and quality.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure repairs meet Kniesel’s standards and regulations.
