Job summary

Kniesel’s Collision – 18th Street in downtown Sacramento seeks a Collision Estimator to write accurate repair estimates and guide repairs from intake to completion. You’ll be the primary contact for customers and insurance partners, delivering clear explanations and timely updates.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, proficiency with CCC1 and Mitchell software, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a collision estimator or in a related role.
• Experience with CCC1, Mitchell, and other estimating software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate, detailed repair estimates for collisions from intake to completion.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and insurance partners.
• Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure repairs are approved and aligned with standards.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure repairs meet Kniesel’s standards.
