Job summary

Kniesel’s Collision – 18th Street in downtown Sacramento seeks a Collision Estimator to write accurate repair estimates and guide repairs from intake to completion. You’ll be the primary contact for customers and insurance partners, delivering clear explanations and timely updates.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, proficiency with CCC1 and Mitchell software, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a collision estimator or in a related role.
• Experience with CCC1, Mitchell, and other estimating software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate, detailed repair estimates for collisions from intake to completion.

With nearby shopping, dining, and cultural attractions, our 18th Street location provides a vibrant setting to build a career while delivering the exceptional service and repair quality Kniesel’s Collision is known for.Position Available: Collision Estimator (Full-Time)Location: Kniesel's Collision - 18th Street, 430 18th St., Sacramento, CA 95811Key Responsibilities:Customer Service: Deliver top-notch customer service by clearly explaining repair plans, maintaining open communication throughout the repair process, promptly addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction upon completion.Estimating: Demonstrated proficiency in collision estimating processes, including body, frame, mechanical, and paint operations.
