Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Estimator in El Dorado Hills to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, and finalizing DRP/invoices before delivery. The role also handles total loss administration and post-repair updates for customers.

You must have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, MVPD license, and CCC1 or similar estimating software experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write vehicle estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and offer post-repair status updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout the repair process.
