The role involves vehicle check-ins, final paperwork, total loss administration, and clear post-repair updates to customers, while adhering to Caliber safety rules.

Applicants should have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Formación

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsabilidades

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post repair plan to customers.
• Provide status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and standards.
