Job summary

Caliber Collision in West Plano is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform writing estimates, process reviews, vehicle check-in, and final paperwork before delivery, including DRP and final invoices. You will provide post-repair status updates to customers while adhering to Caliber safety rules and standards.

The role requires 2+ years of estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write collision repair estimates and perform process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery
• Finalize total loss administration and post-repair status updates to customers
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards
