Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Mobile, AL. The role involves writing estimates, reviewing processes, and coordinating with customers on repair status and scheduling.

You will check in vehicles, complete final paperwork, and manage total loss tasks while upholding Caliber safety rules and company standards. The ideal candidate has 2+ years on collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License; CCC1 or similar software

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and document status updates.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate repair plans to customers.
