Job summary

Caliber Collision Huntsville is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork for delivery. You’ll handle DRP and total loss admin while communicating repair status to customers, in line with Caliber safety rules and standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a MVPD Appraiser license; CCC1 or similar software is preferred, with a strong sales orientation to support

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communications
• Update customers on vehicle status in a timely manner while complying with safety rules and standards
