Job summary

Caliber Collision in Springfield, MO is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair processes, and manage vehicle intake, DRP and final invoicing, while updating customers on status and maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license and MVPD license; CCC1 experience is a plus and the company supports ongoing training and career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while adhering to safety rules and standards.
