Job summary

Caliber Collision in Naperville is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork including DRP and final invoices. You will communicate repair plans and status updates to customers while upholding Caliber safety rules and company standards.

The role combines estimating with sales and customer service, requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and an active MVPD license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final customer paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair communications to customers.
• Provide status updates to customers while following Caliber safety rules and standards.
