Job summary

Caliber Collision in Conway, AR is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties including writing estimates, processing reviews, and coordinating the repair process.

You will check in customer vehicles, complete final paperwork, and handle total loss administration while communicating status updates to customers.

Requires CCC1 or similar estimating software, a sales orientation, and a valid driver's license; Caliber offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write vehicle damage estimates
• Conduct process reviews and check-in customer vehicles
• Complete final customer paperwork (DRP, final invoice) prior to delivery
• Finalize total loss administration
• Provide post-repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers
