Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Casa Grande to perform estimating, process reviews, vehicle check-ins, and final paperwork before delivery, including DRP and invoicing. The role requires accurate communication of vehicle status to customers and adherence to safety rules and company standards.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a valid Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, with CCC1 software

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and review processes.
• Check in customer vehicles and document status updates.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery and DRP administration.
