Caliber Collision in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties including writing estimates, reviewing processes, and handling customer communications from intake to final invoice.

Position requires 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. Excellent growth opportunities with industry training and benefits start from day one.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
• Maintain adherence to safety rules, guidelines, and company standards.
