Job summary

Caliber Collision's Service Center Las Cruces - Amador is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair processes, check in customer vehicles, and prepare final paperwork for delivery.

You will collaborate with customers and insurers, finalize total loss administration, and provide regular vehicle status updates while upholding Caliber safety rules and company standards. Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software and a strong sales orientation are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• CCC1 or similar estimating software experience.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and maintain accuracy.
• Conduct process reviews and check-in customer vehicles.
• Prepare final customer paperwork prior to delivery and manage DRP/invoice.
• Provide post-repair plan communication and timely vehicle status updates.
