Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at the Jacksonville East Service Center to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, and completing final paperwork prior to delivery. You will finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers, while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

The role requires 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver's license, and possession of a MVPD

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork before delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication to customers.
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules and company standards.
