Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Boca Raton Service Center to perform estimating and related duties. You will conduct process reviews, check in customer vehicles, complete final paperwork for vehicle delivery, and handle total loss administration while communicating repair plans and vehicle status to customers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid MVPD license, and familiarity with CCC1 or similar estimating software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post‑repair plan communication to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
