Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Jacksonville, NC to write estimates, conduct process reviews, and manage customer vehicle intake and paperwork before delivery. You’ll finalize total loss admin and keep customers updated on post-repair plans, while following Caliber safety rules and standards.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and perform process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork.
• Finalize total loss administration and invoices.
• Provide post-repair plan updates to customers.
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules and company standards.
