Job summary

Caliber Collision in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair plans and manage customer communications through delivery. You will check in vehicles, finalize DRP documents, and assist with total loss administration while upholding Caliber safety rules and standards.

The role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, MV license, and proficiency with CCC1 or similar software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Write collision repair estimates and finalize invoices.
• Conduct process reviews and check in customer vehicles.
• Provide post-repair plan communication and status updates to customers.
• Assist with total loss administration and final customer paperwork.
