Job summary

Caliber Collision's Duluth, GA service center is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork before delivery, including DRP and final invoices, while adhering to Caliber safety rules. The role requires 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Proficiency with CCC1 or similar estimating software and a strong sales orientation are valued as we strive

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews for each job.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork before delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and prepare final invoices.
• Provide post-repair updates and communication to customers per safety rules
