The role requires 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License; CCC1 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years collision estimating experience
• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs
• Conduct process reviews and vehicle checks
• Check in customer vehicles and document status
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery
• Finalize total loss administration
• Provide post-repair plan communications and status updates to customers
