Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Atlanta to prepare estimates, review processes, and manage vehicle check-in and delivery paperwork. The role includes communicating post-repair plans and maintaining updates to customers, while adhering to Caliber safety guidelines and standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motorcycle Vehicle Damage Appraisers license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide status updates to customers.
• Communicate post-repair plan clearly while following safety rules and company standards.
