Job summary

Caliber Collision in Atlanta-Buckhead seeks a Collision Estimator to write repair estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork prior to vehicle delivery. The role includes finalizing total loss administration and providing post-repair status updates to customers while upholding Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Essential duties require strong communication, organization, and a customer-focused approach to restore the rhythm of our customers' lives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork before delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
• Ensure safety rules and company standards are followed.
