Job summary

Caliber Collision in Cartersville, GA is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimates, process reviews, vehicle check-ins, and final paperwork prior to delivery. The role includes DRP administration and communicating repair status to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules and company standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and an active MVPD Appraisers license. Strong sales orientation and familiarity with CCC1 are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage documentation for delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and prepare DRP and final invoices.
• Provide post-repair plan communication and status updates to customers.
