The role includes preparing DRP paperwork, final invoices, and administering total loss paperwork while adhering to Caliber safety rules and standards.

The position emphasizes a strong customer service orientation with knowledge of CCC1 estimating software and a proven track record in collision estimating.

Formación

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsabilidades

• Write estimates for collision repairs and assess damage.
• Provide post-repair communication and status updates to customers.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
• Assist with total loss administration and billing references.
