Job summary

Caliber Collision in Essex is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage vehicle check-ins and final paperwork prior to delivery. The role supports DRP, final invoices, and total loss administration with ongoing customer updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork for delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and post-repair plan updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and standards.
• Communicate vehicle status updates to customers throughout repairs.
