Job summary

Caliber Collision Culpeper is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimates, process reviews, and handle customer communications from intake to final paperwork, including DRP and total loss administration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience (required)
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
• Strong sales orientation and ability to communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards
