Job summary

Caliber Collision in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Collision Estimator to prepare repair estimates, review processes and manage customer communications. You will check in vehicles, complete final paperwork, and assist with total loss administration while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License; CCC1 software experience and sales acumen are a plus for

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older; valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Ability to perform physical activity and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed collision repair estimates using CCC1 software.
• Review repair processes and ensure accurate documentation.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage final paperwork before delivery.
• Provide post-repair status updates and communicate repair plans to customers.
