Job summary

Caliber Collision in High Point, NC is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, vehicle intake, and final paperwork before delivery. You’ll finalize total loss tasks and communicate status updates to customers while upholding Caliber safety rules and standards.

The role requires 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, MVPD Appraisers license, and a sales-oriented mindset to support efficient repair workflows. Training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older; valid driver’s license; eligible for company insurance.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork.
• Finalize total loss administration and invoices.
• Provide post-repair plan updates to customers.
• Comply with Caliber safety rules and standards.
