Job summary

Caliber Collision in Indianapolis is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice). You will finalize total loss administration and provide post repair status updates to customers while upholding Caliber safety rules and standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience, sales experience a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Write collision estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules and company standards.
