Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at the Service Center in Bloomington, IN to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer interaction from intake to delivery. You will handle DRP and final invoicing, and provide status updates to customers throughout the repair cycle.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, CCC1 or similar software, and a valid license. This role emphasizes strong sales orientation and knowledge of repair procedures within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalizing total loss administration and providing post-repair plan updates to customers.
