Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, processing reviews, vehicle intake, and final paperwork before delivery. The role also handles total loss administration and post-repair updates to customers in a safe, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final customer paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan communication with customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and standards.
• Collaborate with shop staff to ensure timely vehicle repair and delivery.
