Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, and finalizing paperwork prior to vehicle delivery. The role also handles DRP and total loss administration, with post-repair status communication to customers while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsabilités

• Write collision estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and document repair needs.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery and DRP processing.
• Provide post-repair status updates to customers and communicate final invoices.
