Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Atlanta (Buckhead) to write estimates, review repair processes, and manage vehicle check-in and final paperwork. You will provide post-repair communications and status updates to customers while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

The role emphasizes strong sales orientation and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Eligible for company insurance and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write vehicle repair estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and track status updates.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery and final invoice.
• Assist with total loss administration and communicate repair plans to customers.
