Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at Service Center Tyler - East to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicles from intake to final paperwork. You will deliver clear status updates and ensure compliance with safety rules and company standards.

Required are 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License; CCC1 software experience is preferred to support efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsabilités

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork.
• Provide post-repair status updates and ensure policy compliance.
• Finalise total loss administration and communicate with customers.
